People of color are still underrepresented in MBA programs and MBA diversity events aim to address this issue.
These events are designed to encourage African Americans or Blacks, Hispanics or Latinos, American Indians or Alaska Natives, Native Hawaiians, and other Pacific Islanders to consider pursuing an MBA, by providing them with valuable information and resources.

Duke MBA Women’s Leadership Weekend
As a leader in business education, Duke is dedicated to building a diverse learning community that is committed to providing women a pathway to leadership across the business community.
